How it all started
Every home has a story — and so does Lumea Living.
Lumea Living was co-founded by Sarah Gerber in Vancouver and Jen Rowe in Toronto, bringing together deep, hands-on experience from two of Canada’s most dynamic urban markets. Prior to launching Lumea, both Sarah and Jen built and led successful home organization businesses as franchisees of NEAT Method, working closely with families and professionals navigating busy lives and major transitions.
Through this work, a shared insight became clear: clients weren’t just looking for tidy spaces. They were seeking relief from overwhelm, thoughtful systems that would last, and a level of care that felt both professional and deeply human.
Lumea Living was created to offer something elevated: a calm, design-forward, white-glove approach to organization that supports real life. What began as parallel practices in Vancouver and Toronto has evolved into a unified brand serving clients across both cities, known for its clarity, discretion, and transformational results.
