In-home consultation

What happens

We visit your home to assess the spaces we’ll be working in. This is where we dive into the details — observing how you use each area, identifying challenges, and understanding what matters most to you. We may measure, photograph, and discuss potential solutions.

1–2 hours (paid service)

What you need to do

Be present and ready to share honest insight into your household. If you have inspiration images or products you love, you’re welcome to share them.

STEP THREE

Proposal and planning

What happens

Following your consultation, we prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated timeline, and investment. This includes anticipated hours and an estimate for organizing products or materials.

Delivered within 1–3 business days.

Review the proposal and confirm if you’d like to move forward. Once approved, a retainer secures your project dates.

STEP FIVE

Organizing sessions

This is where the transformation takes shape. Our team arrives prepared with all necessary supplies, tools, and organizing products. We sort, edit, categorize, and install systems with efficiency and care.

Your involvement level

Clients trust us to work independently, checking in at key decision points. If you prefer to step away, we’ll keep you informed with updates or photos.

Step Six

Final walkthrough and maintenance

30–45 minutes at the end of your final session.
