Now Hiring:
Full-Time Professional Organizer in Vancouver

Every project we take on starts the same way: a home that feels heavy, and a client who’s not sure where to begin. By the time we leave, both of those things have changed. We’re growing our Vancouver team and looking for a full-time Professional Organizer to support hands-on organizing sessions in clients’ homes, working alongside our Lead Organizer.

This isn’t a desk job, and it isn’t just tidying. You’ll sort help through decades of belongings, navigate grief, overwhelm, and big life transitions, and help people see their space — and often their next chapter — clearly. Some days are fast-paced and physical. Some call for sitting sorting a pile of lego. You’ll need to be ready for both.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support in-home organizing sessions with clients across the greater Vancouver area
  • Sort, declutter, and design functional systems for closets, kitchens, garages, offices, and full homes
  • Handle the physical work: lifting, moving furniture and boxes, hauling donations, loading and unloading your vehicle
  • Read the room, knowing when a client needs a decision made for them and when they need space to get there themselves
  • Anticipate what a project needs before you’re asked
  • Represent Lumea Living with warmth and professionalism in someone’s home

Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented. You notice the things that make a space actually work, not just look good.
  • A quick learner. You pick up our systems fast and adapt when a project doesn’t go as planned.
  • Emotionally perceptive. You can read a room, literally and emotionally, and adjust how you show up.
  • Calm in chaos. Piles, mess, and overwhelmed clients don’t rattle you.
  • A steadying presence. You bring clarity and calm to a space, not just organization.
  • Discreet and confidential. You keep what happens in a client’s home private, and know how to navigate sensitive situations with the tact our luxury and high-net-worth clients expect.
  • Physically capable and reliable. Comfortable with hands-on work, and someone people can count on.

What You’ll Need

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle — you’ll drive to client homes and use your vehicle to transport organizing product, items coming out of client’s homes and supplies
  • Comfort with physical labor: lifting, carrying, kneeling, and being on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills and genuine warmth with clients in their personal space
  • Prior experience in organizing, moving, design, hospitality, or another hands-on client-facing role is a plus, but the right mindset matters more than a resume line

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000–$56,000/year, full-time
  • Paid vacation
  • Paid statutory holidays
  • Hands-on mentorship working alongside our Lead Organizer
  • A genuinely supportive, low-ego team environment
